We keep this short and specific. This page describes what this website collects, why, and who can see it. Questions go to info@wwi-llc.com.
What you send us
When you submit the system review form we receive what you typed: your name, email, organization, phone if you gave one, your system type and location, the problem you described, and any timing notes. We use it to review your inquiry and reply. Please leave confidential operating records and passwords out of the form; we will ask for detailed data on a call if a program looks like a fit.
Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to our team by email. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a newsletter because you asked a question.
How we know where you came from
When you arrive, a small first-party record is saved in your browser (local storage and a cookie named wwi_attr, kept for up to 90 days). It holds the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags or ad click identifiers in the link you followed. If you later send the form, that record is attached to your inquiry in plain English, for example "Google organic search, landed on the dairy lagoon page". It tells us which of our efforts brought a real conversation, and nothing else. It contains no name or contact details until you choose to send them.
Analytics and session recordings
We use Google Analytics to count visits, pages, and completed inquiries, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (heatmaps and anonymized session replays with typed text masked). Both set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy terms. If we run Google Ads, its conversion tag records that an inquiry followed an ad click. You can block these tools with your browser settings or an extension; the form still works without them.
Hosting and external links
Our hosting provider processes technical request data (IP address, browser type, requested pages) to serve and protect the site. Links to other sites, including any retail listing for the home septic product, lead to services with their own privacy terms.
Your choices
Email info@wwi-llc.com to see, correct, or delete anything you sent through the site. Clearing your browser storage removes the attribution record. This notice was last updated in September 2026 and changes whenever the tools on this site change.
